Celia serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Transhealth. Previously the organization’s VP of Operational Innovation, Celia is an expert systems thinker who excels at strategic development, high-level operations, and the implementation of complex and multi-faceted growth. 

Prior to joining Transhealth, Celia worked for 8 years directing a $4 million workforce development contract with the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services (DYS) to deliver all workforce development strategy and programming for youth committed to the juvenile justice system and designed and implemented workforce development programming for DYS residential facilities.

Before moving to Western Massachusetts, Celia spent over 10 years in the summer camp industry, most notably as Camp Director for the Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital directing summer residential camps for thousands of young people in the DC Metro area. 

A steadfast supporter of the trans and gender-diverse community, Celia wholeheartedly believes everyone should have a place where they can bring their whole selves, belong, and flourish.

Outside of work, Celia enjoys the outdoors, singing, and spending time with her wife, child, and pups Shelby and Cooper.
