If you are a new patient to Transhealth, please click the button below to start the “New Patient Registration” process – this will allow us to schedule a time to speak with you and fully register you in our system.
If you have been seen previously at Transhealth, please call 413-341-9400 so we can schedule an appointment for you.

Community Room and Community Closet Hours
- Monday: 10:00am – 12:00pm and 2:00pm – 4:00pm EST
- Tuesday: 10:00am – 12:00pm and 2:00pm – 4:00pm EST
- Wednesday: 10:00am – 12:00pm and 2:00pm – 4:00pm EST
- Friday: 10:00am – 12:00pm and 2:00pm – 4:00pm EST
- Our Community Closet is also open by appointment by emailing thcommunity@transhealth.org.
