Mass Health Connector Open Enrollment for 2025 Coverage begins on November 1, 2024 and ends on January 1, 2025. During this time, new applicants and existing members can review available health plans options for coverage to start in January.
Transhealth has Certified Application Counselors (CAC) available on-site for free enrollment assistance. Our CACs can help with submitting application forms, getting info about your coverage options, finding financial assistance programs, and responding to Mass Health Connector renewal requests.
This free assistance is available to MA residents by appointment only in our Northampton, MA office. We are unable to provide phone or remote assistance. If you would like to find free assistance from a local enrollment assistant outside of Transhealth, we encourage you to search for a Certified Application Counselor (CAC) closest to you.
If you would like to schedule an appointment with a CAC at Transhealth, please email thcommunity@transhealth.org. Applicants will receive a follow up communication outlining next steps and what to prepare ahead of time.
