New Patients

We can’t wait to meet with you.
Whether you are a potential patient or a family member of a potential patient, we want to make sure you have the information, resources, and support you need. We know that the world of health care has not always made trans and gender-diverse people feel safe, heard, and cared for. We’re here to change that. Our promise is to hear you, respect your choices, and support your journey.
We are currently accepting new pediatric patients for gender-affirming primary care and specialty care, and new adult telehealth patients for gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT). We are also accepting patients for surgical letters. We are currently not accepting new patients for mental health care or adult primary care. Please know we are doing everything within our power to increase the resources and capacity we need to hire more staff and provide this vital care to more members of our community.

Now Accepting Surgical Letter Appointments
Transhealth’s Mental Health team offers low-barrier gender affirming surgery letter appointments. Unlike our other mental health services, you do not need to be a current Transhealth primary care patient to schedule a letter appointment. Letter appointments are booked as one-hour appointments and can be billed to insurance or as a self pay service.
