TranshealthRX
Pharmacy by us, for us.

Strengthening our community one prescription at a time.
Welcome to TranshealthRx- a pharmacy network program built for the trans and gender-diverse community. By partnering with area pharmacies, we get you the medication you need when you need it, regardless of your ability to pay.
Each time you fill a prescription through a participating pharmacy, funds are made available to support and expand the work of Transhealth. This means we can assist more low-income patients, serve more people, and offer more services and programs.
Eligibility
Transhealth patients and the patients of partner medical practices.
Benefits
- No additional cost to participate

How it works
If you are a Transhealth patient, check to see if the pharmacy you currently use is listed below. If it is and you’re happy with their service, there’s nothing more you need to do! You’re automatically enrolled in TranshealthRx
If not, talk with your care team about which participating pharmacy would be right for you and make the switch!
Are you low-income?
Transhealth patients who are eligible for pharmacy assistance will be contacted by Transhealth staff.
