Important notice for Transhealth patients: Recent freezing temperatures have resulted in a major pipe freezing and bursting in the building where Transhealth provides care. Water to the building has had to be shut off and we are working around the clock to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Since access to safe, running water and bathroom facilities is a requirement for health care offices, we are unable to provide in-person appointments until repairs are complete. For the time being, Transhealth staff are working virtually and our Community Room is closed.
Transhealth’s Patient Services Coordinators are calling all patients who have in-person appointments scheduled for this week to reschedule them or convert them, whenever possible, to virtual appointments.
We know this news may be stressful and upsetting. We want to assure you that this is a temporary situation due to an unforeseen, weather-related plumbing issue and that we are moving as fast as possible to fix this issue.
