What Trans and Nonbinary People Can Do to Protect Themselves, Pre-Trump Administration
If you are nonbinary or trans, now is the time to get the name and gender marker you want on state and federal documents!
Join us for What Trans and Nonbinary People Can Do to Protect Themselves, Pre-Trump Administration on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 5:30-7pm at the UMass Amherst Stonewall Center, Crampton Hall, 256 Sunset Ave. Amherst, MA
The next administration is likely to restrict or prevent name and gender marker changes on legal documents. Lawyer Emily Daniell will detail how trans and nonbinary people can change these documents ahead of time.
This workshop will go through the processes, step-by-step, for birth certificates, drivers’ licenses, passports, and social security. Open to the public.
