How It Works
Field Gaymes is a competitive team-based event that aims to raise money for Transhealth. It takes place on Sunday, August 16th from 2–5PM at Maines Field in Florence, MA.
Form a Team!
Teams are made up of 8 people. There is a Google Form for registration. You may sign up as a full team, small group, or individual. Please note that if you do not sign up with a full team, other individuals/groups will be placed with you until the total reaches 8. Your name(s) and email(s) will be shared with your team members.
Games
The games that each team will be competing in are as follows: tug-of-war, water balloon toss, three-legged/wheelbarrow relay race, arm wrestling, corn hole, and elimination (throw-and-catch volleyball). Not every team member will participate in all games. Points will be awarded to the winners of each game. The team with the most points wins!
Fundraising
Each team should aim to raise as much money as possible for Transhealth, to be collected by the day of the event. Reach into your pockets and ask your loved ones for help! We are hoping for $100–500 per team, but we are happy to take whatever you are able to gather. The team that raises the most money will get points toward the competition!
Sign Up
Everyone is welcome to participate (if you sign up beforehand), or you can cheer from the sidelines! Spectator tickets are sliding scale, and trans folks attend free.
