Transhealth provides expert, gender-affirming care. Our compassionate team is here to support your health in whatever way you need. We offer in-person, virtual, and hybrid services to individuals and families throughout Western Massachusetts and across the Commonwealth and the greater New England Region.
Adult Primary Care
Transhealth offers full-spectrum adult primary care services. Our experienced team is here to help maintain your optimal health through preventative care, as well as in sickness or injury.
Pediatric Primary Care
Transhealth offers full-spectrum pediatric primary care services led by an experienced team dedicated to maintaining your child’s optimal health through preventative care, as well as in sickness or injury. Our families, patients, and clinical teams work together to learn, listen, inform, and deliver individualized, transparent, carefully paced care and support.
Mental Healthcare
Transhealth offers surgical letters, psychiatric medication prescribing, long and short-term therapy (with an internal referral), and care coordination for individuals, families
and partners.
Gender-Affirming Hormonal Care
Transhealth offers gender-affirming hormonal care by initiating, monitoring, and prescribing hormone regimens collaboratively developed between you and your provider, to help you meet your individualized goals. Gender-affirming hormonal care is available as a stand alone service if you wish to keep your existing primary care provider, or it can be integrated with your Transhealth primary care services.
STI Walk-in Testing
Transhealth offers STI Walk-in Testing for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Hep C, HIV, Syphilis, and Trichomoniasis. You do not need to be a Transhealth patient to access STI testing at Transhealth. Learn more.
