Located in Western Massachusetts, Transhealth provides expert, gender-affirming care. Our compassionate team is here to support your health in whatever way you need, offering in-person, online, and hybrid services to individuals and families.
Adult Primary Care
Transhealth offers full-spectrum, gender-affirming primary care services for adults (in-person, online, hybrid). Our experienced team is here to help maintain your optimal health through preventative care, as well as in sickness or injury.
Pediatric Care
Transhealth offers gender-affirming pediatric primary and specialty care up to age 21 led by an experienced team dedicated to maintaining your child’s optimal health. Our families, patients, and clinical teams work together to learn, listen, inform, and deliver individualized, transparent, carefully paced care and support. Gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) and puberty pausing medication are available as stand alone specialty care services if you wish to keep your existing primary care provider, or it can be integrated with your Transhealth primary care services. Available in-person, online, hybrid.
Mental Healthcare
Transhealth offers therapy, psychiatric medication prescribing, and gender-affirming surgery letters from therapists.
Gender-Affirming Hormone Therapy
Gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) is available as a stand alone service if you wish to keep your existing primary care provider, or it can be integrated with your Transhealth primary care services (in-person, online, hybrid).
Syringe Distribution and Disposal
People receiving gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) do not always have access to the new, clean syringes they need for hormone injections. To help address this issue, Transhealth distributes new, clean syringes for hormone injections to Transhealth patients and serves as a disposal site for used syringes. To date in 2025, we have distributed over 13,000 syringes.
STI Walk-in Testing
Transhealth’s STI Clinic is permanently closed. If you are a Transhealth patient, we can provide you with STI testing. Just give us a call to schedule an appointment. If you are not a Transhealth patient and need STI testing, we recommend visiting your primary care provider, or our partners at Tapestry Health and Planned Parenthood.
