The Massachusetts Parentage Act (MPA) is now law of the land in Massachusetts!
Thank you to everyone (you know who you are!) who fought to make this dream a reality! A special thanks to GLAD, all the members of the Massachusetts Parentage Coalition of which Transhealth is a proud member, all the legislators and government officials who championed and supported this vital piece of legislation, including our own State Senator Jo Comerford and State Representative Lindsay Sabadosa, and Governor Maura Healey who signed the bill into law! And of course, most importantly, to the families and kids who visited the state house and talked to legislators and campaigned and brought about this change.
