Open enrollment for Massachusetts Health Connector plans has begun and ends on January 23, 2026. During this time, eligible Massachusetts residents may apply for coverage and financial assistance to reduce out-of-pocket costs for health insurance.
Due to changes in federal law, many Health Connector members will see increases in the cost of their health insurance or changes in their eligibility to coverage or financial help.
At Transhealth, we have a team of Certified Application Counselors (CAC) who can provide help at no cost to:
- Answer questions about how recent changes may impact you or a household member
- Fill out or submit insurance applications with you
- Review financial assistance programs for healthcare coverage
- Reply to MassHealth or Health Connector requests for information to keep coverage
Our on-site CACs provide 1-on-1 assistance with insurance applications and enrollments all year round for MassHealth & Massachusetts Health Connector Plans and programs.
You do not need to be a Transhealth patient to access this service.
If you would like to speak to a CAC at Transhealth about expected changes or to schedule an appointment for enrollment assistance, please email thcommunity@transhealth.org or call our main number 413-341-9400 then enter 3 to reach the Community Room and a member of the CAC will reach back out for follow up.
Open Enrollment Ends January 23, 2026
An application for 2026 health coverage through the Health Connector cannot be submitted after Open Enrollment unless it is for a dental plan, someone who has recently become eligible for MassHealth, Children’s Medical Security Plan (CMSP), Health Safety Net, ConnectorCare or within 60 days of a special qualifying life event.
If you are unable to meet with one of our CACs due to scheduling conflicts or require remote insurance enrollment support or would prefer to work with someone closer to you, please visit the Enrollment Assister Search for more options.
