Thank you to all of our Transhealth patients and clients who completed the 2025 Patient Satisfaction Survey!

This year’s results show that we have made great strides in improving all aspects of patient and client care and services. Overall, patients and clients are highly satisfied with their providers, giving them almost universally high scores on every metric. Additionally, most patients and clients feel affirmed by Transhealth and report that the clinic space is welcoming.

“The results of this year’s patient satisfaction survey highlight the fierce dedication that our providers and staff have to the communities we serve,” said Transhealth CEO Jo Erwin, RN, BSN, (any pronouns). “I’m so proud of our team and how hard they work every single day under unrelenting political conditions to care for our patients and clients.”

This year’s survey showed that Transhealth still has plenty of room for improvement. “We won’t be satisfied until all our patients are fully satisfied,” said Erwin. “So we will keep working hard to make the improvements necessary to provide the best gender-affirming care and the best patient and client experience.”

Survey respondents also recommended that Transhealth start offering the following services: expanded access to therapy and psychiatry, additional OBGYN services, more social support groups, and ADHD and autism evaluations. Transhealth leadership is excited to explore what might be possible and are committed to finding the resources and building the capacity necessary to expand access to all types of care.

Transhealth relies on our patient satisfaction surveys to help identify areas for improvement. As a result of our 2024 survey, we made huge improvements to patient and client services, honed our process for requesting medication refills, and decreased our response time when patients and clients call or message us through the portal.
